Firstly, if a business owner doesn’t claim their page, chances are someone else WILL. 

They have free reign to write whatever they like on the page.This has 2 seriously bad repercussions…

For starters, people searching for a business like theirs on Yelp won’t get a good first impression.Pranksters and sabotagers have been known to write damming things on pages “just for fun.”

But, no one’s laughing when that business has to shut down 2 months later.Then, you’ve got customers who come to a Yelp page AFTER visiting. They’ve had an awesome  time and want to share it
