The best way to prevent lung and other types of cancer is not to smoke.

Smoking, which damages nearly every organ in the human body, is directly linked to nearly 90 percent of lung cancer deaths. It's also important to eat right, live an active lifestyle, maintain a healthy weight, and know the risk factors for the disease.
Symptoms/Risk Factors for Lung Cancer:

Hoarseness, wheezing or a cough that doesn't go away
