Translating Fascia Research into Techniques You Can Use, Part II

Fascia research findings are informing and advancing massage and bodywork. In the first part of this article, we discussed how our interventions may be most effective when they focus on areas that tension fascia (such as adhesions, fibroses and scars); incorporate a global perspective and approach; and include techniques that 'speak to' relevant neural mechanoreceptors. This article continues the discussion of mechanoreceptors combining the amazing research and theories of Robert Schleip, PhD with the powerful tools of Advanced-Trainings.com's Advanced Myofascial Techniques.
