In my private practice, I work both as a manual therapist, and as a work/life coach, helping people navigate transitions, decisions, challenges, dreams, and find fulfillment in their ways of working and living. I love the variety of people and concerns I get to work with this way, and the ways the modalities of hands-on work and coaching compliment one another.

As a part of my ICF (International Coaching Federation) credentialing, I'll be participating in a round of professional supervision this spring, and need a large number of sessions to pull from. Accordingly, I'm offering a number of reduced-rate half-hour phone appointments in March and April.

When the coaching is work-related, these sessions are approved for CE credit (NCBTMB, AMTA, ABMP, state, and CAMT) for bodyworkers (there is a small additional documentation fee for CE credit). Additional discounts are available to CAMT (Certification in Advanced Myofascial Techniques) participants.

Coaching will be by telephone, scheduled in sets of 3 sessions (the minimum commitment). Calls will be recorded, but confidentiality will apply (and the recording will be available to you after the session). Topics can be professional or personal; common examples include practice building, professional development and direction, practitioner and teacher supervision, wellness and lifestyle support, relationships, time management, hopes and dreams, etc.
