We hope you have had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday  full of family, joy, and good health! With the busy holiday season upon us, we hope you will be able to spend more time doing the things that are most important to all of us. 

We have had a good time so far this November with our "Month of Fermentation" series. We will bring it to a close with an in-depth look at Vegetable Fermentation. Join us Wednesday, November 30 at 7:00 pm. In this presentation we'll cover the basics of why fermented vegetables are important to good health and how to get started in your own home. It's much easier and not as intimidating as you might think. Come learn how. And as an added bonus, samples of delicious fermented vegetables will be provided. Hope to see you there!
