Let me tell you a secret about
my life around 20 years ago.

I always knew that I wanted to
help people. And I knew that I
could use fitness to do it.

But 20 years ago when I was
first starting out, I didn't know
what to do to get started.

I knew I had to become a better
coach - I studied everything,
traveled to every seminar, and
spoke to the pioneers in the
industry - who are now my
closest peers.

But how to provide for my family,
pay my bills, and create a life of
freedom and choice - I had no
idea how to get started or what

And, the worst part was that
