Weird Push-up to Blow Your Chest Up

Most times when we're add "extra"
weight to a push-up, we place it
across your upper back.


It could be a weight vest, chains,
elastic bands, a weight plate, or
you could even have a partner
push-up down on your upper back.

Well, you HAVE to check out this
weird push-up variation that is easy
to setup but BRUTAL to do.

(Hint: It turns the push-up into a full
body core exercise x 10!)
