Something NEW for 2018

I sat down this past weekend and
wrote out my 2018 "One Sheet."

What is a "One Sheet?"

It is everything I'm committing
to in 2018 and what I want to
do to improve my relationship
with my family, improve my
health, and the goals I want to
accomplish
.

All I did was start writing off of
the top of my head all of the things
that have been coming to mind that
I want to change and improve in my
life - and the "one sheet" came to
life.

To me, it seemed that 2017 was filled
with a lot of struggle and self-imposed
limitations and I feel like 2018 has so
much hope and promise.

How about you?

I feel a big change is coming in 2018.

This is a project that I've been wanting
