A few questions we've been getting
asked about the new workout:

Q1: Where do I put Horsepower in
my current program?


A: Since it is a lower body workout,
simply replace any of your weekly
lower body training sessions with
Horsepower. Preferably on a day
when you (or your athletes) are
fresh and recovered so you can
get the most out of it!

Q2: How often can I do Horsepower?

Horsepower can be done once a week
and can be modified over the course of
a 3-4 week cycle. Simply by tweaking the
warm-up (for each individual athlete's needs),
the weights used, and the volume in the
workout, you and your athletes will be
able to continue to increase strength,
power, and speed over time.

Q3: Tell me more about Horsepower?

A: Horsepower is the first workout of our
4-part elite athletic development series,
where NFL football players and elite
athletes go head-to-head
to see who is
the most powerful and explosive.

The warm-up contains 15 of our best
lower and full body drill
s to get you
and your athletes ready to dominate.

We even threw in a game at the end
of the warm-up to get the competition
going and have some fun!

Then, the athletes moved into the workout
and like I said - you will NOT believe the
broad jumps
you will see in the video!

But, that's not all!

In the workout, we show you exactly
how to modify the training for athletes
who play different positions
in their
sport. It is one of the best tips for
making every workout SUPER
effective for EACH athlete -

especially when you're training
groups
!

The other cool thing about the
workout is the finisher. It is a
two exercise superset that focuses
on the foundation for building
power
- but uses very simple
equipment.

the workout more efficient

high impact!
