This combo blew my shoulders up [shoulder blast]

Tonight is a big upper body workout.
We are crushing chest, back, and
triceps - what are you hitting?
As part of our warm-up for chest
last week and for our shoulder
workout, we starting including a
killer shoulder blast that hits
every angle.
Want to try it out?
Here is how it works:
1. Perform a 'dead-stop' dumbbell lateral
from the bench
2. At the top, pull the dumbbells inward
in front of you
3. Perform the top end of a front raise
until the dumbbells are directly over
your head
