Announcing the Winners of the 2011 Coaching Awards...
Dear

We had a fabulous evening last night presenting the 2011 Coaching Awards and it is my great pleasure to introduce you to the winners.

The Coaching Business of the Year 2011 goes to Paul Blackburn, Jules Tarrant and the team at Beyond Success. This award is presented for their outstanding public events and coaching services. Beyond Success.

The Coaching Product of the Year 2011 goes to The Wheels of Life Coaching Toolkit created by Noel Posus and the team at Incredible Awareness. This resource has been a best-selling resource in our online store for the past couple of years. At just $165 for full tuition and access to use and to modify the tool in any coaching situation, it is an essential part of every successful coaching toolkit. The Wheels of Life.

The Coach of the Year 2011 is sponsored by Incredible Awareness and the award goes to Caroline Cameron, an Accredited Master Coach with ANZI Coaching. Caroline has excelled in all areas of mastery (self, coaching, business & industry), has a book-publishing deal and is one of our well-loved facilitators of supervision. Caroline Cameron.

My deepest thanks go to our wonderful judging panel, with a special mention for Belinda Cohen, Desley Lodwick and Debbie Hogg for their contribution in the process this year.

I would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Noel Posus, who in the past 3 years has managed to secure a win in all 3 categories. In 2008 and 2009, he won Coach of the Year, last year in 2010, Deakin Prime (where Noel is a Master Coach and one of the key players in the coaching arm), won the Coaching Business of the Year award and this year his Wheels of Life Coaching Toolkit entry secured the 2011 Coaching Product of the Year. That is a knock-out scorecard. Noel is one of only 4 Coaches in the World who have been awarded the Accredited Fellow Coach (AFC) designation.

Our awards process was developed several years ago through a consultative process involving external quality standards experts and members of the coaching community. Our judges are independent individuals who follow a quantitative scoring framework to determine the finalists and overall winners. The coaching awards are open to the entire international coaching community.

ANZI Coaching has no vote, say or sway in the process and yet we consistently see our accredited coaches and accredited/affiliated products and services winning these awards. This is validation for me that the processes we follow, the coaches we attract to our business and the products and services that we promote are all of the highest quality and excellence standards. I am extremely proud that the ANZI Coaching brand, without doubt, attracts the best coaches, products and services in the business.

Thank you to everyone who entered the awards. Congratulations to all of the finalists and winners.

Well done and best wishes for your continued coaching success.

Sally Parrish
