When I got my new $600 amazing FILM style DSLR camera there was one aspect that I needed to get my head around quickly. That's focus. You see on a traditional video camera, one hand is on the zoom and the other is on the focus ring. After a little research I found that movie style cameras use a special add on called a focus puller (noun and a person lol).
