As you know, Porsche Club of America delivers e-Brake News to your inbox every Tuesday. This is the September monthly recap.

2. Taycan Turbo and Turbo S: Porsche unveils its first production electric car

PCA—Porsche has just unveiled the Taycan sedan, the automaker’s first production electric vehicle, with two initial model variants: the Turbo and Turbo S. The Turbo makes “up to” 670 horsepower, Porsche says, while the Turbo S makes “up to” 750 hp when launch control and the overboost functions are activated at the same time.

5. Mart Fresh: Four great Porsches that are easy on the wallet

PCA—A popular PCA member benefit is The Mart, the club’s classifieds section online and in each issue of Porsche Panorama. Mart Fresh is a bi-weekly column in which PCA media staff and guest contributors pick what they think are the "freshest" Porsches currently available, and then attempt to explain their reasoning. Up this week are a 2014 Panamera GTS, 2010 911 Carrera, 1999 911 Carrera, and 1975 914 2.0.

Griot's Garage partners with PCA for e-Brake Photo of the Week contest

PCA has partnered with Griot's Garage for our Porsche Photo of the Week contest. Winners will receive a Griot's Garage Concours Lawn Kit, a $99.99 value. We will also randomly award a PotW voter each month a PFM Speed Shine Kit, a $28.99 value. All you have to do is cast a vote for your favorite Porsche photo.

Vote for your favorite Porsche Photo of the Week

Each month, we will feature the Porsche of the Week photos from the previous month. Then we will tally the votes and crown a new Porsche of the Month winner. PCA, in partnership with Griot's Garage, will be giving away a Concours Lawn Kit to contest winners and a PFM Speed Shine Kit to randomly selected voters.
