Black Flag via Jalopnik—This Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport driver had the insane ride of his life after losing control at 160 mph on one of the most unforgiving tracks on Earth: the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

The Drive—By now, we're all pretty well familiar with the explosive accelerative prowess of the 991-generation Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S. Thanks to a combination of a 560-horsepower twin-turbo flat-six engine, a rapid-fire dual clutch transmission, an all-wheel-drive system feeding power to four wheels clad in giant, sticky rubber, and a pinch of Swabian witchcraft, the current 911 Turbo S can launch itself from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 2.6 seconds—which is as fast or faster than pretty much any car not named after a Serbian electrician.

PCA—Last week we surprised one of three Member Only Raffle winners and brought our cameras. Watch Renato as he learns that he won a brand-new Porsche 718 Cayman S.

PCA—I went in thinking I would prefer the Porsche. I generally like Porsches, because they're subtle, and understated, and they don't like to be the center of attention, just like me. I wear old t-shirts. Porsches are for people who wear old t-shirts. Ferraris are for people who wear form-fitting silk shirts with dragons on them.
 
PCA—In November 2016 and February 2017, PCA held Tech Tactics West and East. We brought along our cameras and filmed most of the presentations, and we hope you learn something new about Porsches, whether informational or practical. Be sure to register for the next Tech Tactics (Dec. 2-3, 2017 on the West Coast), to see all presentations in their entirety.

Each month, we will feature the Porsche of the Week photos from the previous month. Then we will tally the votes and crown a new Porsche of the Month winner. The winner receives a PCA photo frame.
