PCA—Normally when I take a road trip I beat the bushes on my route to see what cars shake out. I was headed to Florida to pick up a couple of 356 cabriolets and had one spot left on the trailer. As luck would have it, a guy in Georgia said he had a 1956 356A coupe he wanted to sell.

PCA—It's that time of year again folks: The Spring Member Only Raffle is now open! Members have a choice between the new 718 Boxster S or the Macan GTS should they buy a winning ticket. All entries submitted by the June 1 deadline will be accepted.
 
PCA—The tradition of memorable sports car racing continues at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca with the Continental Monterey Grand Prix powered by Mazda featuring the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship (WTSC).

PCA and Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) will again host our annual Porscheplatz during the WTSC races. Porscheplatz dates are April 30 – May 1, 2016.

Petrolicious—Southern California is unquestionably the automotive capital of the world, and that occasionally makes for some tough choices. Sometimes there are almost too many events happening simultaneously, but I’m not complaining. This past weekend was no different, and if you’re a Porsche lover it was an exceptionally fulfilling weekend.
 
The Smoking Tire via YouTube—This absolutely stunning Porsche 928 S4 is, what we'll call a "survivor" car with only 32,000 miles on the odometer from new. Aside from a set of "Turbo Twist" wheels, a Nardi steering wheel, and a cat-back exhaust, it's completely stock and about as close as I'll ever come to driving a brand-new, 28-year old 928.
