Well…the holiday season descends upon us.


At least for those living in the US.


Thanksgiving marks that time of year where gluttony and conspicuous consumerism start to take their toll…


I know a good number of my personal coaching clients that start to have trouble during the holiday season.


The dark days, stress and pressure tend to take their toll on even the most disciplined guys…


Now…this is no reason to wallow in self-pity or go all “bah humbug”


I personally love the holidays…


It’s a great excuse to get seven shades of sh!t faced and howl at the moon without getting the crinkled eyebrows of judgment from your friends and family…

I mean let’s face it…


It’s the holidays and there’s a ton of rich delicious treats floating around.


In your house…


At work…


And at all of those extra celebrations you’re going to be going to.


And when you factor in higher alcohol consumption…


It can really start to punch some holes in your armor.


The biggest problem is the inches you add to your waist.


Belly fat is more metabolically active and throws out a lot more of the inflammatory compounds and triglycerides that clog those precious arteries delivering blood to your brain and your manhood…
