Hi ,

We have started a new year with many new changes. This is a time for us to reflect on ourselves and take a look at where we are, what we have accomplished and what new changes we are anticipating for our personal growth. As I reflect on my recent past, I ran through a paper I wrote for a spiritual class regarding my spiritual path, which is below. This helped me affirmed my spiritual journey.

My Spiritual Path

What I want is on the other side of fear!

I believe in the Infinite Mind who wants my Good. This Good is for me and the people I will serve—it is a contribution of love to our Universe.

I believe in this Vision of Truth, that I am here to inspire other people into their Greatness. This is like a purpose that drives me toward a higher order of being.

In the moments of quiet, I listen to my higher self, who feels in alignment with what I have chosen to do with my life.

I feel blessed with what I am doing now.

I am stepping out of my circumstances and believing in my power. I am focusing on the Greatness that is unfolding through my awakened consciousness. This new insight is amazing and it amazes my human thinking at times!

I am realizing I am Bigger than my fears and doubts. I am bigger than my circumstances, situations and conditions that at times have identified me.

I acknowledge the ultimate relationship with my Infinite Self/Presence who is asking me to step

out into my Greatness more, as I stretch myself more every day.

I decided to step out with Faith, who is Bigger than Fear. I feel that support of my Invisible Presence. My human cells are in agreement and giving my human life forward movement as I unfold in life experiencing new avenues. I feel I am in an experiment in my life!

I am seeing the Light of Greatness, and I affirm through Affirmative Prayer often this Light. The more I unfold, the brighter the light I see. My faith is an energy that is lifting me into a Higher Order of Being.

I feel all of this is in harmony with who I am, what I want to do and what I want to have. As I stand in my dream of Greatness, I overcome conflict and doubt.

I am grateful for this and I am filled with Joy.

WHO IS LAURA?

Laura Diaz is a professional trained life coach. She is the founder of In

Harmony Coaching, a company whose mission is to inspire and increase an individual’s self confidence, so they can build a life that they love. She is also a certified DreamBuilder™ Coach. She works with individual clients and also conducts group coaching. She frequently has seminars and workshops in the San Diego community with various organizations.

Laura made the transition to working as a life coach in late 2012, after retiring from the State of California where she last worked as a Team Manager. Her previous work as a Team Manager provided her with significant experience in working with a diversity of people and teams. She continues her education in life coaching with ongoing mentorships and seminars to up-level her coaching skills. She is proud to introduce a new 12-week program, The DreamBuilder™ Program into her company.
