Hi
One of the things I know is that when you are in a place of growth, expansion and moving towards success, fear will come up. In making changes, even though positive, the energy of change causes the paradigms and fear to be stirred up and fear wants to
stop you from moving forward.
Fear is an emotion that is present anytime you make a change, especially if the change is something new and you are not clear of the end results. I have dealt with fear in the many changes and growth I have made in my life, especially my career!
When I first started
on my career path, I experienced fear in taking new actions because I was afraid of rejection, afraid of being wrong, and afraid of what other people would say about me! I decided to engage in personal development and started to act in spite of my fear. As I moved towards my goals with support from a coach or mentor, I increased my confidence in taking new actions. I experienced many breakthroughs in achieving my goals. One of the breakthroughs was learning to befriend
my fear. I learned about befriending my fear through the DreamBuilder program.
Fear is feedback letting you know you are at the edge of the life you have known. Fear doesn't mean you can't, it simply means you haven't.
In moving towards your dream, you will be called to step outside of the
life you've known. You will be asked to step outside of your comfort zone.
Your level of success is directly proportional to your ability to tolerate discomfort; your ability to befriend fear.
Mary Morrissey said, "Feed your faith and starve your fear by keeping your attention fixed on your
dream."
Realize that the future is a context, not a reality; the present moment is the only reality!
What is your dream that you want to create?
To Your Success,
