Laura Diaz In Harmony Coaching 619-316-2600 One of my ongoing studies is Life. One thing I have discovered is that increased awareness of who we are as a person offers opportunities for expansion. This is what I define as personal mastery.
Personal mastery means to me having a personal
vision for my life and being committed to living the life I love through continual learning and being the best I can be. Personal mastery is a journey of continual learning, increased self-awareness and re-defining our life as we grow.
Choosing to lead a path of mastery is a way of thinking, a way of acting and a journey of experiences. Mastery is a journey in which we learn from the past and open to learning for the future. Mastery involves practice, commitment and the mindset to keep
going, despite obstacles and paradigms. In living life, I have overcome many challenges. However, my commitment to my personal vision has been a guide in keeping me taking one step at a time. The beauty of this is that by taking one step at a time, I discovered that life gives to me the answers I need to resolve any challenge that comes to me.
The journey of personal mastery is finding ways to be the best we can be. Many studies have been done in which highly productive people do not
accept limitations. They go beyond what they know and look to create new models and systems or better ways to do things to push them through.
Personal mastery requires you to be open to new ideas and new ways of doing things if you want different results and breakthroughs in your life! My experiences have accelerated in many ways when I have been open to new ideas and doing things in a different way. New breakthroughs have established new roadways for me!
One of my recent
studies has been with Life Mastery Institute where I have been studying the DreamBuilder™ coaching program. This coaching program has increased my awareness of myself as a spiritual being and being more powerful than any circumstance or situation. I have noticed that with this shift in perception, at times, I can take on the world! I love the results I have created for myself and the results I see for my clients!
One of the assignments during my coaching training was to write a WHY I do
what I do. And this is what I wrote:
Why do I have the life coaching business?
I have this life coaching business because I believe we are more powerful than our external circumstances, situation and conditions. I believe we have untapped potential to be and do greater
things than what we can imagine.
I believe everyone deserves to live a life they love living.
I believe everyone has a treasure of talent and potential within that is yearning to express itself, to be discovered and shared with the world.
I believe everyone deserves to live with joy, happiness and abundance.
I believe we are here on assignment from the Infinite Universe to reach as far as we can to make this a better world for us, our family and the whole
world.
And I love what I do, teach, coach, counsel, guide and being a leader in the field of transformation.

Laura Diaz is a professional trained life coach. She is the founder of

Harmony Coaching, a company whose mission is to inspire and increase an individual’s self confidence, so they can build a life that they love. She is also a certified DreamBuilder™ Coach. She works with individual clients and also conducts group
coaching. She frequently has seminars and workshops in the San Diego community with various organizations.
Laura made the transition to working as a life coach in late 2012, after retiring from the State of California where she last worked as a Team Manager. Her previous work as a Team Manager provided her with significant experience in working with a diversity of people and teams. She continues her education in life coaching with ongoing mentorships and seminars to
