The stresses of frequency increases as has been the last week is still great, when we are struggling with different things, it is easy to fall out of the heart and begin to
doubt that you have the power and the knowledge inside that you actually have.
Last spring I asked what makes you "fall out" from your heart and most of your answers followed the same thread; Stress, anxiety and need for control.
I would argue that it is possible to live from the heart instead of getting caught up in stress, anxiety and the need to have control over everything. During a couple of weeks, the newsletter will focus on what you can do
instead.
"Live from the heart" is for most a vague feeling, a choice, a thought ... and it's good, it's an easy way to choose to live from the heart, but it is not very concrete and not fully effective.
You can live from your heart - for real!
In your heart, there are two rooms that are real, scientists know this and especially cardiac surgeons know it. When you learn to find these rooms with your mind, you can choose to consciously live there and stay
there, even when life is difficult.
Once you have learned the technique to get to your room in your heart and you know how to do, then it is enough with a short meditation for 5 minutes each morning to always be in your heart
