This week I had planned to write about stress because stress was what most had top of the list of what makes us fall out of the heart ...
Now, it's not
about that - or yes, it is about stress, but not as I had originally intended.
Past week has been unusually intense, there has been so much to do, I guess we all have this weeks sometime.
Now at the end of the week, I can only realize - even I do not have time to do everything.
Either I get in position to try anyway - but then I become stressed and fall out of the heart, and I do not want to do that, or I just simply could draw a few
deep breaths, get some distance to everything and then simply opt out ... sometimes even the fun things.
So my tip against stress this week - breathe, get the distance and opt out!
