We had a successful business as accountants and management consultants earning a good income and we weren't really
paying attention to the nail we were sitting on.
It hurt a bit but not enough to make us do something about it
Until one day the realisation hit us and the nail hurt a lot!
We were approaching our 60's and retirement was looming
Our pension pot had been wiped out in the recession of 2008 and we were faced with working in our consultancy business for the rest of our lives or doing something about our situation

became painful enough for us to take action to do something about it
We turned to the internet and found we could run a business and travel and save for our pension
