TIP OF THE DAY -ARE YOU DRINKING ENOUGH WATER?

Now that is water!!

Are you getting 2-3 litres of water a day???

​​​​​​​And to be honest if you are exercising and it is warm you need more...

So much of our body is made up of water,

We need it for our brain, our skin, our organs, the digestive system, it helps with fat loss....

​​​​​​​So many reasons that we need to drink water

If you are getting headaches, dry skin, low in energy, eating well but not losing weight etc

​​​​​​​These are all signs you are not taking on enough water

​​​​​​​And once you feel thirsty you have gone too long without drinking..

If you are not a fan of plain water then flavour it with cucumber, lemon or lime

​​​​​​​I normally have lemon or lime but I have started adding cucumber to my water and love it

So my message today is if you know you are not drinking 2-3 litres a day then make it a challenge to set yourself......
