When you put a meal together think about the following....In this order


1) What good fat am I eating in this meal?

Avocado
Oily fish
Eggs
Olive oil
Butter


2) What protein am I eating in this meal?

Meat - white meat chicken turkey / red meat steak / mince etc
Fish
Eggs
Pulses


3) What good carbs am I eating in this meal?

Green vegetables broccoli green beans spinach etc

Salad

Other colour vegetables

Stick to these 3 principles above for what goes on your plate


PLUS........

Stick to 2 - 3 meals per day

Drink 2 -3 litres of water

Get 6-8 hours of sleep
