As a regular reader to my emails, you will have noticed how fat loss and dieting information has changed over the decades.

As more research is conducted and we get to know more and more about the human body, we uncover better ways to upgrade our health, feel sharp & lose the body fat we don’t want.

BUT

The food companies don’t want us to become educated and informed.

They want to continually sell us low fat fake food, processed, sugary food, booze, cereals, and of course, food that is marketed as “healthy” and is anything but...

The media constantly confuses us with new diet plans, & dramatic celebrity weight loss stories.

The government nutritional guidelines are grossly outdated.

Pharmaceutical companies want us to be sick to sell more drugs and medications.

Even Oprah is promoting a brand partly owned by a processed food manufacturer.

With all the good intentions in the world it’s hard to really pull out fact from fiction.

When you are trying SO Hard to eat right.

Be healthy.

And make the right choices.

It’s a nightmare at times.

If you are embarking on a healthy and clean eating way of life… GOOD Luck.  It could potentially change your life!

If you’ve worked with me before and are still applying most of the principles into your daily routine and lifestyle, BRILLIANT.. I’d love to hear from you and see how you are getting on.

If you are on my online KSFL programme right now - Keep going you are making changes because you want to change.

Stay Motivated.

Baby steps and small changes are totally fine, it doesn’t have to be a full on detox and elimination that may scare the hell out of you, though for the ‘all or nothing’ types out there the big changes you can apply would be great for you with great results.

I want to help MORE & MORE people discover how to eat & exercise for optimum health.

Not just fat loss or becoming slimmer...

Yes, that's WONDERFUL

But helping people get off medications where possible & manage niggly health conditions through up to date nutrition, is so important and MOST importantly I want people to FEEL better, from the inside out, mentally cope better in situations and be confident they are doing everything they can to be the best version of themselves.

Nutrition is key. Exercise is key…commitment to change is key – but that level of commitment is up to YOU and determined by how much you NEED to change or WANT to change.
