Last year I taught a mozzarella cheese making workshop at Oliver Twist Estate Winery in Oliver and I will be back on May 12th for another cheese making class. This time we will be making a faux
cheddar or cheese curds. A traditional cheddar takes 8+ hours to make from start to finish, so while there isn't time to make one in class I'll be giving you my favourite recipe in case you'd like to give it a try at home.
This workshop is already SOLD OUT, but Oliver Twist is taking reservations to add a second class that day. So if you'd like to learn all about making cheddar cheese while sipping a glass of

Next I will be travelling to Montana Hill Guest Ranch in Bridge Lake on June 9th to teach a mozzarella cheese making workshop. Earlier this year I sold one of my Jerseys, Birdsong Princess Alexandra, to the ranch and you will get to meet and milk Lexi as part of this class. How cool is
that?!
As I write this, there are still a few private guest cabins available at the ranch for that weekend, so why don't you make plans to get out of town for a couple days to relax and learn how to make cheese?
