This week I have been celebrating my mother, Gwen Cates, who is an amazing artist and who opened me up to the world of color and light from the very beginning. 

Our mothers and grandmothers give us so much time and love. Motherhood is one of the most important roles on the planet and yet few remember to thank their parents for all of the time, energy and effort that they have spent. 

Motherhood is one of the most challenging and the most rewarding of all tasks, for what is more wonderful than seeing our children thrive and blossom?

This is a good week to reach out and send love to your mother or to a mother that you know and remind her of the importance of her role. When the women on the planet awaken then this world will change-- one happy child at a time!

I Love You

In My Eyes You Are Flawless

I Release All Judgments I Have Held

In This Lifetime Or Any Other Lifetime

You Have Done The Best Job Possible

Thank You For Giving Me My Life

I Release You From Your Duty

And I Continue To Love You

May You Always Be Held
