So it's summer time and we are constantly hearing that we should cover our skin with sunscreen and protect ourselves from the sun's UV rays... but is that sunscreen really safe to be using on a daily basis?
I find the topic of sun & skin health to be quite confusing, especially because I have fair skin, burn quite easily and all the information out there is quite contradictory. So over the years I've done research on how I can naturally preserve the youthfulness of my skin and still enjoy the sun.
