Last weekend I was making a beautiful raw dessert and I went to the health food store to buy some Coconut Oil for it. When I got home, I opened the jar and put it to my nose to smell my favorite coconut aroma-- but the oil didn't smell of coconuts, infact it didn't smell of anything! I checked the label a second time and it stated it was pure organic coconut oil, 100% coconut oil-- but where was my beloved smell? I started to use the oil in my dessert but half way through making it, I had to stop because my instinct was telling me that there was something wrong with that coconut oil. I did a little research and this is what I found........
