Hi,

my apologies for missing last weeks 'Weekly News', I had an invite for a weekend on the Almafi coast in Italy and just had to jump at the opportunity, it's a truly beautiful place!

The 'relaxing' weekend wasn't quite as relaxing as I'd hoped, as the friend I was with almost chocked on a piece of steak on our last night there and I suddenly found myself trying to remember everything I'd ever seen in the movies about giving someone the "Heimlich Maneuver"!

Fortunately I managed to get it right in time, after just 3 or 4 tries, and she was ok, but it was certainly a bit scary for a moment or two...

Which kinda makes you realise that you really do need to enjoy every moment of life that you can!
