Hi,
Way back when I first got started out building niche sites WordPress wasn't the 'be all & end all' solution that it is nowadays, there were other systems many of us used for building good SEO based sites.
One of the very best was called XSitePro and I still have sites built with it that rank today!
Paul Smithson, the guy behind that software and a whole bunch of other training and stuff is retiring (due to some health challenges hes had to deal with) and he's doing a massive closing down sale of everything they produced as a company, I've seen this described as 'The Closing Down Sale of the Decade' and I think it actually lives up to that description.
