★ 2 Questions you should ask yourself every day...

Published: Fri, 03/10/17

Hi,

Like any self respecting entrepreneur I have a couple of white boards in my office, one for planning long term stuff

the other just has two Questions on it, in large writing, to catch my attention and remind myself to ask myself these 2 questions on a regular basis..
.
Q #1: Am I being productive or just 'busy'?

Q #2: will this task/action make my business more productive/profitable/better?

*I recommend getting in to the habit of asking yourself these two questions on a regular basis, it can make a real difference to how you spend your time!

there's a fine line between working 'in' your business and working 'on' your business...

and sometimes it can be difficult to actually tell the difference, especially when you're 'busy'!

Being 'busy' can feel good, like you're getting stuff done, but sometimes you need to take a step back and look at whether what you're doing is the best use of your time or not, hence those two questions.

It's especially important if you're a solo entrepreneur, no I don't mean 'solo ads', I mean when it's just you working on your business.

It's all too easy to end up spending time working on things that could be outsourced or automated.

After all, when it's your own business the most important and valuable asset you have in your business is your time.

A perfect example of this is having multiple WP blogs and spending time manually keeping them updated, both WP itself and your themes and plugins.

It's an essential task, out of date WP, themes & plugins is the most common security vulnerability that hackers take advantage of, and we all know just how often WP gets updated!

So automating the whole process, from one central control system, can make a massive difference to how much time you have available to work 'on' your business, moving it forward and making it more profitable.

Spending hours doing it all manually is a classic example of working 'in' your business, using up your valuable time that could be spent on something that will make a real difference to how much you have in your bank account at the end of the month.

If this sounds familiar, and I'm sure it does, then it's time you did something about it!

Which is why I suggest you take a look at this new app from my friend Cindy, she's a very switched on marketer, so much so that I got her on board to help out with my last software launch!

What this software does:
  1. use 1-click updates to keep all your WP sites up-to- date
  2. secure backup protects them against hackers and attacks
  3. control & manage all sites in ONE single dashboard
  4. create a user for ALL of your blogs in one dashboard
  5. syndicate a post to go live on as many of your blogs at once
  6. manage comments across your entire blog network
How easy it is to use?

Step 1 – Login to our cloud platform and add your WP sites

Step 2 – Manage them all from one dashboard: update them, add plugins & themes or simply edit whatever you need

Step 3 – Set up automatic scheduled backups so you NEVER have to worry again about your sites being hacked or taken down

What’s the catch: This is ONLY available as a lifetime license for a few days, then it will go back to $37 a month...

Note: If you sell sites or services to online/offline businesses you should also take a look at the upsell options for an Agency License or Full Whitelable Rights allowing you to offer this tool as your own:
