Like any self respecting entrepreneur I have a couple of white boards in my office, one for planning long term
stuff
the other just has two Questions on it, in large writing, to catch my attention and remind myself to ask myself these 2 questions on a regular basis..

Q #1: Am I being productive or just 'busy'?
Q #2: will this task/action make my business more productive/profitable/better?
*I recommend getting in to the habit of asking yourself these two questions on a regular basis, it can make a real difference to how you spend your time!

Being 'busy' can feel good, like you're getting stuff done, but sometimes you need to take a step back and look at whether what you're
