Don't get caught out with the legal stuff...

Published: Sun, 01/25/15

 Hi,

Do you know what are the most important pages on your websites?

It isn't your sales page or calls to action or landing pages or videos or opt-in forms or anything else like that.

And as important as these pages are, they're the ones hardly anyone care about, even fewer ever go to, and are probably the most boring to look at.

Yet, they're STILL the most important.

What are they?

All your website's legal pages.

Terms of service, privacy policy, notice of collecting cookies, disclosure that you're an affiliate, and more.

I know, I know...you're groaning and about ready to go back to your in-box so you can read something more fun.

Maybe someone sent you a fun new cat video.

But stick with me for a second...it could save your business.

Listen - you and I run quality sites.

We're honest, up front, have good info, and try to help people.

We're just trying to make a buck while we do it.

lol  ;-)

But others aren't like us.

They'll swindle, deceive, miss-represent, and outright lie...

...just to fatten their wallet.

These crooks have messed over a lot of innocent people, so now anyone that tries to make $$$ on the intrawebz needs to be very cautious about what they put on their site.

The last thing you want is a disgruntled customer hell bent on revenge fixating on you and trying to get your paypal account suspended, affiliate partnerships terminated, and websites taken down completely.

Which is EXACTLY why you need all those boring legal pages on your site - they cover your tail in the event that something crazy happens and you get caught in the crossfire.

And besides all that...it's the law.

Now laws will vary depending on what you're doing and where you're located at, but no matter what, your site is going to need some sort of disclaimers, disclosures, notices, and more to keep you compliant.

Because I don't know about you, but I don't want to risk getting sent to where they send other law-breakers.

You know?

Now you might have some generic, boilerplate template forms you found online posted on your site.

And they might be good enough.

Might.

But do you *really* want to trust everything you use to make money online to "might"?

I know I wouldn't.  And I don't.

There's a very cool tool relaunching on Sunday 25th Jan coming that can not only safeguard you, but keep you compliant, make sure you're legal,  *and* only takes a few clicks of a mouse to setup.

When it was first released in 2014, it sold like hotcakes and solved the legal headache for tons of webmasters, but it's been

Watch for tomorrow's email, because I'm going to give you something that will *really* make you think...

I will even send you a coupon to get an extra $10 off the special launch price that I have managed to swing just for you.
