How has your week been? I hope you have focused your brilliant mind on all of the beauty and blessings around you!
 
The Spring weather has been calling me, reminding me that I need to be outside more, moving my body and getting natural exercise. 
 
It's time to get out of my winter cocoon and establish new habits for health and fitness.
