Happy Friday! Welcome to the Weekend.
Dear ,
How has your week been? I hope you have focused your
brilliant mind on all of the beauty and blessings around you!
The Spring weather has been calling me, reminding me
that I need to be outside more, moving my body and getting natural
exercise.
It's time to get out of my winter cocoon and
establish new habits for health and fitness.
On Monday, April 23, at 7:00 p.m.
EDT, my friend and partner Leo Babauta (of Zen Habits), is hosting a free
webinar called How I Used the Power of Bad Habits to Change My
Life.
If you've been considering a new positive habit for
yourself, you will really enjoy what Leo has to say.
Leo also will be talking about our upcoming Habit Course.
Registration begins immediately after the webinar with a discounted price. (You
don't have to sign up for the course to attend the webinar.)
I'll be on the webinar chat, answering questions and
greeting everyone. I sure hope to see you there.
Here's to new habits for a new
season!
Warmly,
Barrie

Bold Life Tip
You create
new habits by dissecting actions into the smallest possible parts. Each small
part must be automatic before adding the next.
