While serving jury duty this week, I am sending out 
links from the first year of the Coaching Toolbox.  

I really like this as an off-season workout drill or for a practice drill.
If you have trouble viewing the video, I hope the text explains what
to do.  Our players really like it and I think it speeds up improvent
when coupled with technique drills.
