Last week, we had a salad for our Foodie Friday recipe.  This week, we're having soup!
 
 
 
Because I'm all about bringing you back in the kitchen in a healthier, more holistic way, you'll notice this soup has some ingredients that may not be so familiar to you.  And that's okay, really.  You can handle it.  You're gonna LOVE this Ocean Love Soup!  The photo is so yummy, there's no way you can pass this up.

Last week, we didn't have a Foodie Friday recipe, and for good reason.  I was away for a little R and R, as well as huge learning opps, and business/personal development.  Want a quick peek at what I was doing during my time in NYC?  Take a look HERE!
 
 
 
 
Now that we're back on track, I have a wonderful recipe for you today.  It's a delicious Superfood Kale Avocado Salad that I know you'll enjoy.  The thing about this one is that you have to be an out-of-box thinker to really enjoy it.  This salad may have a few ingredients that you're not used to seeing, but trust me when I say that this is one of the healthiest salads I've seen in a while!

I recently had the extreme pleasure of speaking to a special  group of women who are members of the Sisters Network, an organization for  African-American breast cancer survivors.  Although I didn't take any pictures to share, out of respect of their  privacy, I assure you we had a blast!
I spoke with them about organics, whole foods, and clean eating,  all of which are VERY important for those who are struggling with cancer or are  cancer survivors. As a matter of fact,  that information is important for all of us, because I firmly believe that it's a lot easier to maintain good health while  you have it, than to try and regain it once it's lost. Wouldn't you agree, ?

Treating Your Body Right by Eating CLEAN
