Random Thoughts:

I like the way the Ps undercut Wednesday's low and then reversed.
It's possible that this fakeout could have some shorts trapped on
the wrong side of the market. If the market can follow through to
the upside, this will likely squeeze the shorts out and could
attract some trend following morons. The buying will likely beget
more buying. 

As trend followers, we don't try to predict the end of the trend
unless there are obvious signs of a transition. So far, we haven't
seen that. The market has simply pulled back. Yes, it's a little
painful on existing positions but you have to be willing to take a
little heat (see yesterday's webcast). You can't bail at the first
little sign of adversity or you'll never capture any big profits. 

I'm seeing a plethora of setups in a variety of areas.  This is
especially true for the Energies. So, look to add on the long side
but as usual, wait for entries and honor your stops on existing
positions.

Futures are very strong pre-market so we could the aforementioned
squeeze sooner rather than later.
