I am sitting in the United Club at Dulles Airport

reflecting on what I saw this weekend at

Eric Worre's Recruiting Mastery Event in Vegas...

And I gotta tell you....

Most people are thinking just

WAY TO SMALL.

I was there when Eric first decided to 

conduct this event a couple of 

years ago when he had 200 people

or so attend.  Mostly old buddies of

his that he had built  relationships with
over his many years in the industry.

This weekend there were over 8000

people in attendance and next year is 

almost sold out already!

And the key note speaker is Tony Robbins!

And here is the crazy part...

Much of the success he is enjoying

today came from his kooky idea several 

years ago to build a COMMUNITY 

and to start putting out regular videos 

to communicate with the community.

Pretty much the same thing I did...

But apparently Eric thought much bigger than me.

He had a vision that quite frankly

not many others understood but he

KNEW that he could achieve it 

through the magic of social media.

And he did.

And for this first time in a long time

I feel genuinely INSPIRED.

Yes..I get excited pretty often.

But being INSPIRED is a whole

other ball game.

And tomorrow night I am gonna talk

about that inspiration...

Talk about my December plan...

And talk about what YOU can be doing 

to take your business to a whole other level.
