Yesterday a guy unsubscribed and told me that
he was tired of my "constant and never ending"
emails and I thought to myself...
Such a shame....
The dude just doesn't GET IT.
He's not a merchant.
He's trying to build a home business but he is
missing a major tenant of being a
merchant...
And that is constant and never ending contact
with your prospects and customers.
Think about one major business that you do business
with that does not keep in touch regularly via mail,
email, text, or advertising that is targeted for you to see.
Watch your inbox and Facebook account today
and
really think about how much sales communication
you get and you will know I am dead on correct here.
Businesses are SUPPOSED to do this and if you get annoyed
by that you are not a full fledged entrepreneur yet.
If you were you would be soaking up the copy and noticing
layout and design of the communication.
You would read a ton of marketing material including emails
and keep a swipe file of all the best stuff.
You would notice what is pulling and what is not.
You would take copious notes on the techniques of highly
experienced marketers and employ those techniques into
your emails and ads.
And if for some reason someone's style was not a match for
you ....you would quietly unsubscribe and go on your way.
If you wanted to do that you can do that HERE
No major player or up and comer would EVER write a nasty
note to another marketer and if they ever did the LAST thing
they would criticize would be CONSISTENCY!
So the next time you get annoyed at a marketer and
grit your teeth why not take that energy and apply it
to YOUR BUSINESS....
Write a letter, run an ad, make a call....
And turn
your employee minded anger into
entreprenurial activity!
It will make a huge difference and before you know it...
You will be CURED...
You will be ONE OF US...
The ones writing the constant and never ending emails
from while wearing a robe at the dining room table
versus the guy on his commute back to
hell.
