Reminder: Eastlake Lacrosse General Membership Meeting
Wed February 1st
Each year Eastlake Lacrosse Association conducts a general membership meeting. You are a member if you are an immediate family member over 21 years old of a player from last season or one who plans to play in this upcoming season.

The purpose of the general membership meeting is to review the state of Eastlake Lacrosse from an organizational perspective, elect Officers and Directors, identify additional volunteers for the upcoming season, as well as conduct other important Association business.

The current Board of Directors has prepared the following agenda and encourages members both from the high school and youth programs to attend:

  • Welcome from 2011 President Darren Peterson
  • Meet present Board members & coaching staff
  • State of the Association presentation
  • Address by Head Coach Chris Panos
  • Nominations for 2012 Board of Directors**
  • Membership vote for 2012 Officers and Directors
  • Volunteer Sign-Ups**
  • Adjourn

**Please see details of the organization structure and elected positions below. We encourage ALL parents to participate at some level in helping our club operate. If you have interest in nominating yourself or someone else to a Board position, please forward your nomination(s) to current president darrenpeterson@hotmail.com.

Much of the work involved in operating Eastlake Lacrosse Association is managed by a relatively small group of volunteers. Thus, each member has a duty to help guide the program.  And while we encourage feedback all year round, the General Membership Meeting is the one event each year where we formally seek member input and offer a forum to discuss your ideas.

Hope to see you there!

Darren Peterson, Board President

With the exception of key members of the coaching staff, the Association is 100% operated by parent volunteers.

Association bylaws provide an operating structure through the Board of Directors. Board members are divided into Officers and Directors. There are also a host of other volunteer positions required to make the program operate. Each position is listed below with an explanation of the role and a name if someone currently holds that role.
