How's tricks?
I'm juggling a lot of balls right now which is both the
upside and the downside of being a multi-niche
entrepreneur.
About to research and plan a new niche internet
business (not marketing) but something very
complimentary to The Niche Expert and
RachelHenke.com
All will be revealed soon!
Last week I was encouraging you to get into
the love zone and this is going to be a project of
pure love.
My 15 year old daughter, Amy, and I will be
creating it together and she's as excited as I
am which in turn makes me more excited!
When you become a niche expert one of the biggest
challenges you face is deciding WHICH topic you will focus
on, WHO you will serve & WHY you are unique.
Am I right again?
Don't mean to be smug but when you focus on a
topic day in day out for over a year you start to
understand the nuances of it and exactly what
your people are struggling with.
Of course I knew general niche stuff before as it's so
essential to building your online presence BUT
laser focussing in on a topic turns you into
a MASTER or MISTRESS of your domain!
So the tip for you today is that if you're a multi
niche type creative person with tons of interests
and passions you must pick just ONE to start
with so you can become an expert.
Remember the 10,000 hour rule I shared with
you a while back? (I've since done a radio
show on it so when that airs I'll let you know
in case you missed it.)
But don't be frustrated cause when you have one
topic nailed and your business is profitable if
you're itching to jump into another topic then
do so.
Just make sure you've established yourself in the
first one successfully as this stuff takes some
time.
Once you've declared yourself a niche expert
and begun marketing (teaching) on your topic
there will be no going back anyway.
It's like a train that's left the station so CHOOSE
well my friend.
You need to pick something to start with that
you can talk about all day long and still love it.
