brains"

Personal Note From Lani

Hi ,

Ever heard of holiday stress?

I'm betting you have. And that just maybe, on occasion, you've
experienced it, too.

Well, you'll be glad to know there is NEW research that proves just
what you knew all along: exercise is a great way to beat stress.

We just have more numbers now to prove it! Read all about it in
today's Feature Article.
It may be just the thing you need to put a fire in your belly and a
spring in your sneakers about getting in those workouts through
November and December.

And you KNOW you feel better when you get some exercise in early on
Thanksgiving Day. And the day after. Don't leave it to chance.
Take care of yourself FIRST and get that body in gear!

Oh, and I'll be right there with you.

Hearts, hugs and stars
P.S. Yes, FitDream Ezine is being published early this week. I
wanted to get the exercise and stress article to your attention
right away so you could put it to good motivational use this week!

P.P.S. I got lots of emails asking me about how to make the
"whipped dates" (yes, there are a few jokes floating around about
that!) so I revealed my "recipe" (it's way too easy to call it a
recipe!) on my blog here: Sweets without the rebound

by Lani Muelrath, M.A.

It's not just about the endorphins. Or the burn off of stress
hormones.

Or the simple pride of achievement from a workout completed that
makes exercise a powerful agent of stress relief.

These are all important. But seems it's more than that.

Exercise evidently builds in stress protection and stress relief by
generating brain cells that do just that.

They literally build us a happier brain.

And play an important role in stress management.

"Recent research at Princeton University is delivering new
insights. More data and evidence that the exercise you do
actually provides you with stress relief.

An easily accessible tool for stress management through simply
challenging your body to move around more.

Preliminary results of which were presented last month at the
annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience in Chicago..."
