- Where to Next for the British Pound. free Forex Analysis for 26th February 2010 Sent Friday, February 26, 2010 Hi, very volatile week for lots of pairs. I advised my mentor group that I was looking to short the Euro this morning at 1.3600 area, that trade is + 40 pips as I write this. I also advised that I was looking to short the Gbp/$ again around 1.5285/1.5300. This is currently + 30 pips BUT this was more tricky because of the impending news announcement.
