Hi, I have various rules including the one above! Believe me I have got home form the pub in my early days and because the computer is in the house, just had a little peek at the forex markets....oh dear! Equally I NEVER trade NFP friday. I explain in todays video and blog post how some "experts" claim to trade it and why i never do. I lost more times and more money on NFP than any other forex trading day.
