Friday Inspiration—Know How Thinking Works

Published: Fri, 06/17/16

 Dear ,

Whether you’ve realized it or not, your attachment to thoughts and thinking is at the heart of all of your struggles in life. You have expectations about how you want things to be—then you’re disappointed when they don’t pan out. Judgments of others only make you feel separate and alienated.

Isn't that how it is?

In Chapter 11 of my new book, At the Core of Every Heart: Reflections, Insights, and Practices for Waking Up and Living Free, I write about the happiness that comes when we lose interest in thinking. And in the practice that accompanies the chapter, I invite you to experiment with not feeding thoughts with your attention.

You’ll find that you’re light, free, and in harmony with the unfolding of life once the attachment to thinking subsides. It’s a lovely way to be.

To read more, At the Core of Every Heart is now available for purchase on Amazon. You can get it by clicking here.

And once you read it, I would be so grateful if you would leave a review on Amazon so others can know about it.

Always in love,
Gail
