I don’t know about you, but for me these are very
stimulating times. Between news, holidays, family, shopping, and the normal activities of life, there is so much potential for our attention to be drawn out of ourselves and into the world.
That’s why I find great value in coming home—a lot. With
no effort at all, my attention withdraws from the needs and demands of the world and shifts back to its true home of presence and awareness.
