Protocol has told us to "take Lamine 'away'
from food" 30 minutes prior to eating or 2 hours after a meal. (if you
tend to eat small meals more often throughout the day 20 minutes prior and 1
hour following will suffice).
Tonight Dr. Chris explained why... It seems
the peptides in Laminine are so small that they will not have the opportunity
to be absorbed for optimum efficacy if your body is busy digesting other
foods. Made sense to me.
ALSO Laminine (which consists of 3
proteins) needs to be taken "away" from other supplements as well
as coffee or tea (because of the caffeine). The effects of Laminine will
enhance the efficacy of your supplements, but should NOT be taken with them.
People taking Laminine appropriately are
