I hope that your New Year is going well!! 
 
I have something I would like to share with you that's
been on my mind lately.   Just recently I begin to change my 
thought process, the rules I go by.  I said that 
in the new year I would research things in more detail and make
more sound decisions in business and in life.  
 
For the past few months I've been conducting research and reading. 
To better understand the future, we must first understand the past.
So I begin to research economic cycles to get a better 
understanding of where the real estate market is headed.  
After weeks and weeks of research, I concluded that where
we are headed is uncharted territories! 
 
While conducting my research, there were several terms
that seem to pop up on almost every page, article, and post
These terms included hyperinflation, economic crash,
hedges, and quantitative easing.  Some of these terms I wasn't
too familiar with so I begin to do more research on them.  
 
Further study and research on the economy, federal reserve,and monetary
system was very interesting. I begin to dig deeper and deeper into my
studies of economic cycles of different nations.  There have 
been many nations that's experienced a currency crisis in history,
even America.  But the difference in the upcoming crisis is that 
this is a global crisis and not just limited to a single nation.  
That is what makes the current looming crisis so serious and 
devastating.  
 
Knowing that it is much easier for me to change and adjust 
my thoughts and actions, I begin to study how to position myself 
where I can profit from this currency adjustment.  You see, this  
crisis will cause the biggest transfer of wealth in human history!  
As you know wealth is neither created nor destroyed, but only 
transferred from one owner to the next.  Like in the real estate 
crisis of 2006, there were individuals that made a ton of cash, while
others suffered tremendously.  I don't know about you, but I want 
to be on the receiving end of the transfer and not the giving end.
 
So after my weeks and weeks of research and studying, I concluded 
that the safest investment, and potentially the most profitable one, 
is in physical ownership of precious metals.  
I was trying determine if real estate was a good hedge against 
hyperinflation, but there were no facts to support this.  
It is however, obviously clear that Gold and Silver are great hedges 
in these troubling times.
 
From my research I determined that now is the time to buy Gold and 
Silver and once the dollar crashes or falls, which it will, then 
will be the prime time to buy real estate.  You can buy real estate now, 
but due to lack of support and information, I don't know what type of 
hedge it will have on the coming financial crisis.  One should consider this
unless you are buying a huge commercial building with heavy cash 
flow to account for any loss in value or buying a property so cheap that it 
doesn't matter if the price falls.  Borrowing money to buy real 
estate is a smart option as well as buying via seller financing.

After getting a better understanding of the current crisis, I begin to research 
gold and silver. I learned what kind of gold and silver to buy and what to stay
away from. Normally gold and silver are purchased for long term holdings,
but due to the current economic crisis we are facing, you will not have 
to hold your metals long before you sell them for substantial gains.

FYI, High Point has recently been approved to establish their own county separate from Guilford county.  The detachment will be effective in the year 2012.  At that point, High Point will be located in High Point County.  We believe that with this detachment, High Point will be able to turn the city around by attracting more companies and giving more tax breaks.
