10 Things That Don't Require Talent

Most of you have probably seen this pop up on your social media feed, but since we're into the dog days of summer, it seems like a good time for something a bit motivational-ish (I think that's a word). Whether you write it on a flip chart, create giant posters, or write it on you lunch room whiteboard, share the top-10 list of "Things That Don't Require Any Talent" everywhere throughout your office as a constant reminder for everyone. And if you don't like this list, create your own! Or, better still, customize the list to include specific behaviors that will make a difference in your unique workplace.

In a Leipzig elevator: Do not enter the lift backwards, and only when lit up.

In a Paris elevator: Please leave your values at the front desk.

In a Bucharest hotel: The lift is being fixed. During that time we regret that you will be unbearable.
