Welcome to the first issue of Dispatch in the New Year and I hope you achieve all your goals for 2012.

Inspired by @chrisbrogan this is my third year of picking three words rather than resolutions. For 2012 they are learn, focus and grow. Let me know what your words or resolutions are for this year.

There are two Intranet Future workshops this month; a Twitter Masterclass tomorrow (just 3 spaces left) and on the 23 January, a LinkedIn Masterclass.

Finally, a quick mention that Digitalks, an event I help organise, takes places in D'Fly, Cheltenham this Thursday. If your work in or are interested in digital this is for you. It's free and starts at 7pm.
